Contracted Clients Promotion:

The first 10 clients to renew their current contract / retainer agreement for 2026 will will receive a complimentary Mystery Call Audit valued at $750* - helping you to understand how well your team are selling over the phone, identify areas for improvement and provide our training recommendations.

Mystery Call Audit Inclusions*:

• Up to 5 mystery calls – simulating a real guest enquiry to assess how well your team identify and convert potential bookings and or corporate and event enquiries.

• Written report for your reference – highlighting strengths and identifying areas for improvement.

• Training recommendations – including practical suggestions to improve performance and consistency.

*General Terms & Conditions

• All promotional offers are valid during our Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sale promotional period of October 30 to December 5, 2025.

• Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other special offers or discounts.

• Promotional offers and inclusions cannot be varied in any way.

• Any unused portion of the promotional offers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to future RevenYou services.

• All standard RevenYou contract terms and service conditions apply.

*Non-Contracted Client Promotion Terms & Conditions:

• Only applies to new clients, or clients not currently contracted or on an existing monthly retainer contract. (unless otherwise agreed)

• A minimum commitment of 15 hours per month is required within the contracted period which must be for either 6 or 12 consecutive months.

  • Monthly hours can be spent across any of RevenYou’s services

  • Monthly hours cannot be accrued within the contracted period and any unused hours cannot be redeemed for future services or refunded.

• The applicable promotional offer will be provided at the completion of the 6 or 12-month contract term, and once all outstanding invoices are paid.

• The 13th month of RevenYou services will be capped at 15 hours.

• Marketing pack creative assets will be supplied in the final month of the six-month contract and the client will be responsible for their installation / execution.

  • If RevenYou is required to implement any element of the campaign, additional charges will apply.

• Early termination of the contract period of either 6 or 12 months will void the promotional offer.

*Contracted Client Promotion Terms & Conditions:

• This offer is limited to the first 10 contracted / retainer clients who renew their RevenYou services agreement for 2026 before November 30, 2025.

• For those clients with multiple properties within their portfolio, they must nominate the property to be audited.

• The Mystery Call Audit will be undertaken during the month of December 2025.

• Termination of the existing contract agreement will void the promotional offer.
